N54 Platform Terms & Conditions

This document outlines the terms and rules governing the use of the n54 platform. Please read it carefully before using any of our services.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the n54 platform — including the website, mobile app, and all related services — you agree to be fully bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any provision in this document, you must stop using the n54 platform immediately.

These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the user) and n54. Continued use of the platform following any published amendments is considered acceptance of the updated terms. Users under the age of 18 are not permitted to register for or use n54 services under any circumstances.

2. Account Creation & Security

To access the full suite of n54 services, you must register an account with accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. Each user is permitted to hold only one active account. Multiple account registrations by the same individual are prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being suspended or terminated.

You are solely responsible for keeping your account password confidential. n54 recommends using a strong, unique password that is not used on any other platform. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without authorisation, you must notify the n54 support team immediately by emailing [email protected].

N54 reserves the right to request identity verification at any stage, including during registration, deposits, withdrawals, or when suspicious activity is detected. Failure to provide the required verification documents may result in the account being temporarily suspended until the verification process is complete.

3. User Responsibilities & Platform Rules

As an n54 user, you agree to use this platform solely for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. The following actions are strictly prohibited:

  • Providing false information or using another person's identity during registration or transactions.
  • Engaging in any form of fraud, manipulation, or exploitation of the platform's systems, promotions, or bonuses.
  • Using automated software, bots, or scripts to interact with the platform.
  • Engaging in any activity that harms other users or undermines the integrity of the platform.
  • Sharing or transferring your account to another party without prior written consent from n54.

N54 reserves the right to investigate any activity suspected of violating these rules and to take appropriate action, including account suspension or termination and forfeiture of any associated balance.

4. Payment & Transaction Information

All financial transactions on the n54 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). n54 supports a variety of local payment methods, including online bank transfers and approved e-Wallets. Minimum and maximum limits for deposits and withdrawals may vary depending on the payment method and the user's account tier.

Users are responsible for ensuring that the payment methods they use belong to them. The use of third-party payment methods without authorisation is prohibited and may result in transactions being voided and the account being suspended.

All withdrawal requests are subject to a review process that may take between one and three business days, depending on the payment method and verification requirements. n54 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party processing, such as banks or e-Wallet providers.

N54 reserves the right to hold or defer any withdrawal that requires further review for compliance with company policy or legal requirements.

5. Limitation of Liability, Intellectual Property & Third-Party Links

Limitation of Liability

The n54 platform is provided on an "as is" basis without any express or implied warranties. n54 is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, including losses due to technical disruptions, data errors, or system delays.

Intellectual Property

All content, designs, logos, software, and materials on the n54 platform are the exclusive property of n54 or its licensors. Users may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or exploit any of this content without prior written consent. Unauthorised use may result in legal action.

Third-Party Links

The n54 platform may contain references or links to third-party services. n54 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services. Access to such links is entirely at the user's own risk.

6. Account Policy, Changes to Terms & Governing Law

Account Suspension & Closure

N54 reserves the right to suspend or close any user account at any time without prior notice if there is a breach of these terms, fraudulent activity, system misuse, or for legal compliance reasons. In the event of a legitimate account closure resulting from a user's breach, n54 reserves the right to forfeit any balance associated with the violating activity.

Users who wish to voluntarily close their account may contact the n54 support team at [email protected]. Closure requests will be processed once all pending transactions have been settled.

Changes to Terms

N54 reserves the right to modify, add to, or remove any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon publication on the platform. It is the user's responsibility to review these terms periodically to stay informed of the latest version.

Governing Law
